Services
Two paths carry most of the work: rescuing existing Zoho systems, and connecting Zoho CRM to Priority ERP. The other services stay available — they are simply not what I do most of the time.
Rescue an existing system
An implementation that stalled halfway, a consultant no longer available, and a team that quietly went back to spreadsheets. I start with a fixed-price diagnostic that ends in a written document, and only then fix — by priorities agreed together.
Second practiceConnect Zoho to Priority
The same details typed twice, and a CRM and ERP that disagree on the numbers. I sync customers, quotes and orders, inventory, invoices and collection status — with defined ownership of every field, so the connection survives the next change.
Additional services
Migrate to Zoho
For companies already running the business, but in spreadsheets, in Monday and in a team WhatsApp group. Everything moves into a single system, and the old one shuts down only after the new one works.
Greenfield implementation
For companies that want to start orderly, without a history of tools that need to be dismantled first. A first system, deliberately narrow in scope.
Additional practices will open here later.
